So i’m back from my beach house :) And i’m ready to get back on track!! I’ll be going to bed very soon so that I can wake up at a decent time tomorrow. I’m going to try to go to bed before midnight every night. My goals for tomorrow are to stay below 1200 calories, and do my entire workout without any excuses. My workout will consist of 30 minutes of interval training on my treadmill and a 30 minute workout from blogilates. I really love her videos and they motivate me to finish the whole thing!! I’m really sunburned though so I have to be careful… lol. Goodnight everybody!!
